2. How do I book a shoot?

3. What is your turnaround time?

Photos are delivered within 24 hours. Videos and virtual staging are delivered within 2–3 business days.

5. What’s included in a standard photography package?

Our Essentials package includes interior and exterior photography, Blue Sky and Green Grass editing, and MLS-ready files. Elevated and Premium tiers include Cinematic Videography, Aerial and Twilight Photography, 3D Tour and Floor Plans.

 

 

6. Do you offer virtual staging or renovation previews?

Yes. We offer virtual staging for both residential and commercial spaces, as well as virtual renovations, landscaping, paint/color changes, and object removal.

 

 

7. Do you help with design direction?

Yes. We happily collaborate with you pre-shoot to align on goals, story, and style. We can work from your style preferences or take the lead with creative direction.

 

 

8. Can I be involved in the editing or staging process?

Absolutely. We offer a concierge-level experience, allowing you to be hands-on or leave it all to us. Final approval is always yours.

 

 

9. How do you deliver the final files?

You receive high-resolution and MLS-optimized files via a branded look book. 

 

 

10. What if I need changes after delivery?

Two rounds  of revisions is included.

11. What are your pricing options?

We offer tiered packages—Essentials, Elevated, and Premium—as well as a la cart pricing based on square footage to meet varying needs. Custom quotes are available for larger or complex projects.

 

 

12. Do you offer subscription or partnership pricing?

Not yet, but it's something we are considering. Let us know if partnership pricing is something you're interested in!

 

 

13. Are you insured and licensed for drone work?

Yes. All drone operations are FAA-certified and fully insured.
